**第一項**  児童手当法による児童手当制度については、児童手当制度の目的を踏まえ、この法律の施行後における児童手当制度の実施状況、社会経済情勢の推移等を勘案し、給付及び費用負担の在り方を含め、その全般に関して検討が加えられ、その結果に基づき、必要な見直し等の措置が講ぜられるべきものとする。
