### 第十五条

**第一項**  第二種大麻草採取栽培者又は大麻草研究栽培者（免許の有効期間が満了した者を含む。）は、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、その免許の有効期間について、その翌年の一月三十一日までに、次に掲げる事項を厚生労働大臣に報告しなければならない。

A type 2 Cannabis plant harvesting cultivator or a Cannabis plant research cultivator (including a person for whom the validity period of a license has expired) must, as provided by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, report the following particulars to the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare for the validity period of the license, by January 31 of the following year:

**第二項**  厚生労働大臣は、前項の規定による報告を受けたときは、速やかに、同項各号に掲げる事項を都道府県知事に通知するものとする。
