**第一項**  信託法第四十九条第一項（同法第五十三条第二項及び第五十四条第四項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定により受託者が有する権利は、信託財産についての破産手続との関係においては、金銭債権とみなす。

A right held by a trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 49, paragraph (1) of the Trust Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 53, paragraph (2) and Article 54, paragraph (4) of that Act) is deemed to be a monetary claim in its relation to bankruptcy proceedings against trust property.
