**第一項**  法人である破産者が前条第一項の申立てをするには、定款その他の基本約款の変更に関する規定に従い、あらかじめ、当該法人を継続する手続をしなければならない。

In order to file a petition referred to in paragraph (1) of the preceding Article, the bankrupt that is a corporation must perform the procedure in advance for the corporation to continue to exist by complying with the provisions concerning the amendment of articles of incorporation or other basic articles.
