  **第一項**  法人の債務につき無限の責任を負う者について破産手続開始の決定があったときは、当該法人の債権者は、破産手続開始の時において有する債権の全額について破産手続に参加することができる。

  When an order commencing bankruptcy proceedings is issued against a person that has unlimited liability for a corporation's debts, a creditor of the corporation may participate in the bankruptcy proceedings with regard to the whole amount of the claim that they hold at the time of commencement of bankruptcy proceedings.
