**第一項**  次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合には、当該違反行為をした者は、一年以下の拘禁刑若しくは三百万円以下の罰金に処し、又はこれを併科する。

If any of the following items applies, the person who has committed the act of violation is subject to punishment by imprisonment for not more than one year, a fine of not more than three million yen, or both:

  **一**  第五十二条の六十三第一項の規定による指定申請書又は同条第二項の規定によりこれに添付すべき書類若しくは電磁的記録に虚偽の記載又は記録をしてこれらを提出したとき。

  a person submits a written application for designation under the provisions of Article 52-63, paragraph (1) or a document or electronic or magnetic record that is required to be attached pursuant to paragraph (2) of that Article by making a false statement or record;

  a person violates the provisions of Article 52-69;

  **三**  第五十二条の八十第一項の規定による報告書を提出せず、又は虚偽の記載をした報告書を提出したとき。

  a person fails to submit a written report under the provisions of Article 52-80, paragraph (1) or submits a written report under that paragraph by making a false statement;

  **四**  第五十二条の八十一第一項若しくは第二項の規定による報告若しくは資料の提出をせず、若しくは虚偽の報告若しくは資料の提出をし、又はこれらの規定による当該職員の質問に対して答弁をせず、若しくは虚偽の答弁をし、若しくはこれらの規定による検査を拒み、妨げ、若しくは忌避したとき。
