**第一項**  内閣総理大臣は、銀行に対し次に掲げる処分をすることが信用秩序の維持に重大な影響を与えるおそれがあると認めるときは、あらかじめ、信用秩序の維持を図るために必要な措置に関し、財務大臣に協議しなければならない。

If the Prime Minister finds that rendering the following dispositions against a bank is likely to significantly affect the maintenance of an orderly financial system, the Prime Minister must consult with the Minister of Finance about the measures that are necessary for maintaining the orderly financial system, in advance:
