**第一項**  銀行又は銀行持株会社に対する会社法第九百四十一条（電子公告調査）の規定の適用については、同条中「第四百四十条第一項の規定」とあるのは、「第四百四十条第一項の規定並びに銀行法第十六条第一項、第二十条第四項及び第五十二条の二十八第三項の規定」とする。

In applying the provisions of Article 941 (Electronic Public Notice Investigation) of the Companies Act to a bank or bank holding company, the term "the provisions of Article 440, paragraph (1)" in that Article is deemed to be replaced with "the provisions of Article 440, paragraph (1) of this Act, as well as the provisions of Article 16, paragraph (1), Article 20, paragraph (4), and Article 52-28, paragraph (3) of the Banking Act".
