**第一項**  預金又は定期積金等の受入れ（前条第二項第一号に掲げる行為に該当するものを除く。）を行う営業は、銀行業とみなして、この法律を適用する。

The business of accepting deposits or installment savings, etc. (other than that which falls under the category of an action set forth in paragraph (2), item (i) of the preceding Article) is deemed to be banking, and this Act apply.
