  **第一項**  内閣総理大臣は、保険業法第百一条第一項第一号（同法第百九十九条において準用する場合を含む。）に掲げる責任保険の事業に関する共同行為に関して、同法第百二条第一項（同法第百九十九条において準用する場合を含む。）の規定による認可をしたときは、その旨を国土交通大臣に通知するものとする。

  Having given authorization under Article 102, paragraph (1) of the Insurance Business Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 199 of that Act) with regard to a concerted action involved in the liability insurance business as set forth in Article 101, paragraph (1), item (i) of that Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 199 of that Act), the Prime Minister must notify the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of this.
