> 仲裁人が前二条の罪を犯し、よって不正な行為をし、又は相当の行為をしなかったときは、一年以上の有期拘禁刑に処する。

English (Japanese Law Translation, Ministry of Justice):

> If an arbitrator commits a crime referred to in the preceding two Articles and consequently acts illegally or refrains from acting in the exercise of their duty, the arbitrator is subject to imprisonment for a definite term of not less than one year.
