> 仲裁廷は、前項の規定により予納を命じた場合において、その予納がないときは、当事者間に別段の合意がない限り、仲裁手続を中止し、又は終了することができる。

> If an arbitral tribunal ordered the prepayment pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, and the prepayment has not been made, it may suspend or end the arbitral procedure, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
