> 第一項第五号に掲げる事由がある場合において、当該仲裁判断から同号に規定する事項に関する部分を区分することができるときは、裁判所は、仲裁判断のうち当該部分のみを取り消すことができる。

English (Japanese Law Translation, Ministry of Justice):

> If the grounds stated in paragraph (1), item (v) exist, and the part concerning the matters provided for in that item can be separated from the other parts of the arbitral award, the court may set aside only the relevant part of the arbitral award.
