> 前項の合意がないときは、仲裁廷は、当事者の利便その他の紛争に関する事情を考慮して、仲裁地を定める。

> If an agreement referred to in the preceding paragraph has not been reached, the arbitral tribunal is to decide the place of arbitration by taking into consideration the circumstances of the dispute, including the convenience of the parties.
