> 前項の合意がないときは、仲裁廷は、この法律の規定に反しない限り、適当と認める方法によって仲裁手続を実施することができる。

> If an agreement referred to in the preceding paragraph has not been reached, the arbitral tribunal may carry out the arbitration procedure in the manner it finds appropriate, unless the manner violates the provisions of this Act.
