> Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 5, paragraphs (1) and (2), a case related to the petition referred to in paragraph (2) is under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts stated in paragraph (1), items (i) and (ii) of that Article and the district court which has jurisdiction over the location of the addressee's domicile, habitual residence, business office, office, or place of delivery.
