### 第九条の三（公示送達の方法） — (Means of Service by Publication)

**第一項**  この法律の規定により裁判所が行う手続における公示送達は、裁判所書記官が送達すべき書類を保管し、いつでも送達を受けるべき者に交付すべき旨を裁判所の掲示場に掲示してする。

For a service by publication in a proceeding carried out by a court pursuant to the provisions of this Act, a notice indicating that the court clerk is in possession of the document to be served and can deliver it to the person that is to be served at any time is posted in the posting area of the court.
