  **第一項**  この法律に定めるものを除くほか、公正取引委員会の調査に関する手続その他事件の処理及び第七十条の五第一項の供託に関し必要な事項は、政令で定める。

  In addition to what is provided for in this Act, necessary matters with respect to Japan Fair Trade Commission investigation and any other matters relating to the processing of cases, as well as those with respect to deposits set forth in Article 70-5, paragraph (1) are provided by Cabinet Order.
